What happens after my 14-day trial?
You choose a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, your account is paused (no data is deleted). You can reactivate anytime.
Is pricing really per location?
Yes. Each location gets its own plan, its own set of modules, and its own subscription. Most businesses have one location and one subscription.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
Never. You connect your own Stripe account and keep 100% of your revenue. AltaPets charges a flat monthly fee only.
Can each location have its own bank account?
Yes. Each location can have its own Stripe Connect account, which means separate bank accounts, separate legal entities, and separate payouts.
What if I need more than 7 modules?
The Professional plan includes all 7 current modules. As we add new modules, Professional and Enterprise plans get them automatically.
